Conference registrations
Conference fees are non-refundable once paid, except where the conference is cancelled by CMTAI. If CMTAI cancels a conference, the full registration fee will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 working days.
Membership
Membership fees cover the April–March cycle and are non-refundable once the membership has been activated. Rejected applications are not charged; if payment has been taken in error, a full refund will be issued within 14 working days.
Donations
Donations to CMTAI are generally non-refundable, as 80G tax-exemption receipts may already have been issued. In the case of a clear processing error (for example a double debit) we will refund the incorrect payment — see below.
Double debits and processing errors
In the case of a double debit we will refund one of the payments as soon as we get notification from your registered email. The entire process can take up to 72 hours, including verification time.
How to request a refund
Write to admin@cmtai.org from the email address used at registration. Include the transaction reference and a short description of the issue. Our team will respond within three working days.
